tinysid filename [subsong, 0 based]
There's an odd issue (I'm running latest Icaros) where it will suddenly decide
it can't initialise the audio after a few runs. Running again in a new shell
will work fine. I have no idea, More suddenly started complaining that "Could
not open new window" soon afterwards.
