AspireOS codename "Obitus"

Open source AmigaOS clone for dedicated hardware.

The laptops that are tested and working well are. DELL Latitude D520, Toshiba
Satellite pro A200 or ACER aspire one 110, 150 (also called zg5).
With these laptops you will have accelerated 2D and 3D gfx,
sound, networking and USB.
Only the DELL computer need a change of the WiFi card to be fully supported.
Very easy to do.

This is a great alternative if you want a modern Amiga like system.
This OS runs fully native on your hardware without any use of emulation.
Even the kernel is not from Linux or other open source systems. Fully developed
from scratch.
There are lots of games and software for this OS. In this AspireOS live-cd it
is only included software that are well tested and important to get stared.

This OS can be used for most modern tasks. Classic Amiga emulation, Web-browser
and Media player are included together with image viewer with editing and
graphical drawing and manipulation software.

You don't need to buy Amiga workbench or Amiga roms.
AROS 68k roms and AROS wanderer is already installed with sys: and work:
partitions ready to use with your Amiga 68k games or software.
There is even a very nice whd-games launcher ready configured. You only need to
copy your whd-load games to the games folder inside whd-menu.

This is an ISO file that you can burn to a CD or DVD. After that is done you
have a live-CD that you can boot from your computer with optical drive.

As always, have fun :D
