DarkPlaces AROS port

The highlights of this version are:
- Built from the stable Xonotic branch (fixes the UI problems in Xonotic).
- Working HTTP downloads for custom server content. This brings fast downloads
compared to using the slow netchan to get the files from the server (built with
the latest libCURL).
- A couple of bugs fixed, no more lingering NULL function pointers.
