FrameScale 0.1
--------------

FrameScale: ReScales supported image format to newer width and height.
Date Of Birth: 1/05/2011.
GUI: yes has Mui/Zune.
Executable: FileSize:[274911].
Job:rescale all the images from the giving folder..
Buffer I/O:N/A

What does it do
---------------

->FrameScale will scan a giving folder/ which contains .jpg images and rescale
them to users height/width.

->you can make icon out of big sized image.

->Scale them for FrameBuild usage to build an .avi video.

Why
----
FrameBuild was for AviBuild and FrameScale is for FrameBuild if it makes any
sense.

Supported image formats
-----------------------
->(.jpg) Jpeg is the only format i add since FrameBuild needs .jpg images only.

Installing
----------
Copy FrameScale/ folder to anywhere in your harddisk but keep all the files as
one in same folder.
