Installation:
Copy pak0.pak and pak1.pak into the data1 drawer, and use h2patch to patch them
to v1.11, if they are not already patched. For the mission pack, just copy
pak3.pak into the portals drawer.
If you want MIDI music, download these instruments patches, and extract them
next to the executable:
http://www.libsdl.org/projects/SDL_mixer/timidity/timidity.tar.gz
You can use any other set of GUS patches, but these ones are public domain.
